The world's richest self-made woman is Hong Kong's Zhou Qunfei, founder of smartphone screen maker Lens Technology.
Forbes published its list of the world's billionaires in 2018.
Forbes estimates Mr Trump's worth collapsed from $US3.5 billion ($4.4 billion) to $US3.1 billion ($3.9 billion) this year, with the magazine saying it was partially due to a fall in NY property values and a dip in revenues at his golf courses.
Forbes, the American magazine which compiles a list of the world's richest people annually, attributed his decline to "a tough NY real estate market, particularly for retail locations; a costly lawsuit and an expensive presidential campaign".
Overall, the list hit a record 2,208 billionaires from 72 countries and territories, including Hungary and Zimbabwe for the first time.
" It means the president has slipped more than 200 places in the billionaire rankings from 544th richest last year to 766th this year, " it said.
Despite Mr Trump's previously inaccurate claims he was worth more than $10 billion, Forbes said he is still the richest president in U.S. history.
