In one of those accidents, a woman in Utah broke her foot after she slammed into a truck when her vehicle allegedly ran a red light while it was in autopilot mode.
"It's super messed up that a Tesla crash resulting in a broken ankle is front page news and the ~40,000 people who died in United States auto accidents alone in past year get nearly no coverage". The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is conducting an investigation, but this doesn't look good for Tesla's Autopilot system.
However, the Swiss crash is one of several accidents in Tesla vehicles recently and one of several involving fires.
