The couple admitted sexually abusing the now-10-year-old boy themselves for at least two years.
In a case that horrified Germany, the defendant Javier Gonzalez Diaz was convicted by the regional court in Freiburg of "14 counts of aggravated sexual assault, one count of rape and one count of bodily harm while making child pornography", judge Stefan Buergelin said.
Six other people were arrested along with the couple last autumn - with several men already convicted in separate trials.
Christian, 39, the boy's stepfather, must remain in preventive custody after serving his sentence.
The man, whose name wasn't released for German privacy reasons, was sentenced to ten years in prison and fined €18,000 euros (£16,080).
Six other man were also given sentences for sexually abusing the young boy.
The woman, identified as Berrin T, 48, and partner, identified as Christian L., 39, were found guilty of rape, aggravated sexual assault of children, forced prostitution and distribution of child pornography.
The couple distributed videos of the sexual abuse across the dark net, selling it for large sums of money.
The woman's partner was supposed to be banned from having contact with children, due to his previous conviction.
Police started investigating after receiving an anonymous tip in 2017.
In Tuesday's verdict, the couple was ordered to pay a total 30,000 euros ($34,650) in compensation to the boy and 12,500 euros to the girl they abused previously.
Mr Bürgelin then said the abuse continued out of financial incentives.
